Static & Dynamic Navigation Assessment:
We conduct static and dynamic navigation assessment for tanker and bulk carrier in Singapore and outwards.
- A static assessment, which may be conducted in port, should include as a minimum a review of passage plans, chart corrections, navigational records, status of navigational equipment, compliance with company procedures and documentation.
- A dynamic assessment consists of a comprehensive review through observation of navigational practices during a voyage. In addition to the static assessment, the dynamic assessment draws on all aspects.
Crisis Management
We provide comprehensive crisis management planning and support to help you respond effectively to emergencies and minimize disruption. We also conduct post-incident reviews to assess the effectiveness of the crisis management plan and identify areas for improvement.
Onboard Crew Training
We provide crew training in accordance with company’s SMS for new taking over vessel and also conduct PRE PSC training to the crew.
Owner’s Representation at Singapore
Attending a ship as a ship’s owner representative in Singapore to ensure that the vessel is well-maintained, complies with regulations, and operates efficiently. We monitor and supervise the following to the best of the principal’s satisfaction;
- Conduct a thorough inspection of the vessel, including its condition, equipment, and systems.
- Monitor ongoing maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Verify that the vessel’s cargo operations (if applicable) are carried out safely and in accordance with the company’s SMS.
- Ensure that the crew’s welfare is maintained, including their living conditions, safety, and access to medical assistance if needed.
- Provide regular reports to the shipowner or management company on the status of the vessel and any recommended actions.
